Qualifications

Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries, join tables, and troubleshoot data issues.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards in a BI tool.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and comfort with imperfect data.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining and maintaining canonical business metrics.
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports across key business domains.
Own curated datasets and data marts used for reporting, ensuring data is clean and structured.
Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from the warehouse.
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and address key questions across the organization.
Validate pipeline and model outputs to ensure numbers reflect real-world operations.
Educate stakeholders on metrics and data interpretation.
Document metrics, data definitions, and dashboard logic as part of the team's data dictionary.
