The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor's degree, is proficient in Excel, has experience with Power BI/Tableau, and understands SQL.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI.
Proficient in Excel (formulas, PivotTables) and data visualization tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business operations.
Analyze trends, patterns, and variances to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis and reporting solutions.
Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates.
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to automate or improve existing reporting and data processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data requirements and reporting needs are met.
Maintain proper documentation of reports, processes, and data definitions.
