Job summary

The Packworks data analytics team in the Philippines is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. You will work with large datasets, perform cleaning and exploratory analysis, and develop dashboards to inform business decisions.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure data integrity and effective storytelling through visuals. The role offers growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Education level: College graduate or postgraduate education; any STEM program.
• Experience: 0.5-2 years in data science and/or analytics.
• Numerate and analytical thinking with experience in retail or consumer-facing FMCG, CPG.

Responsibilities

• Data preparation, EDA (exploratory data analysis), data cleaning.
• Perform initial analyses to assess data quality and further analyses to generate insights.
• Prepare narrative using data visualization.
• Prepare reports based on analysis.
• Be an advocate for data integrity and ethical business intelligence.

Purpose of the role:
The Data Analyst is tasked to scrutinize information and generate insights using data analysis tools. He/She must adhere to the Data Office mandate which is to create business value – both

for internal and external clients – from data generated by the company and through integration with external data. Report format will vary depending on the project or client requirements.
