City Government of Muntinlupa seeks a data analytics lead to establish the analytical function for the InLife Distribution Channel’s Sales & Compensation. You will bridge data products with business users, building dashboards and reports to drive informed decisions on sales performance and compensation.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data-focused roles, strong SQL, and expertise in BI tools like Power BI/Tableau/Looker, with excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
The role will establish and lead the analytical function of InLife Distribution Channel’s Sales & Compensation. The analyst will serve as the primary bridge between the data product and its business consumers. This role will leverage on the curated data asset to generate actionable insights, develop reports, and enable business partners to make informed decisions regarding business performance or solutions.
Serve as the primary analyst for Sales & Distribution Compensation, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and business questions to inform strategic decisions.
Translate complex sales compensation plans and business inquiries into clear analytical frameworks.
Establish a data-driven baseline for sales performance and compensation analysis and present findings to management.
Deliver high-impact, ad-hoc analyses and reports in response to immediate business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define key business questions and opportunities for data-driven improvement.
Build and maintain analytical tools and models that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Actively source and transform data from sales and finance systems into a clean, structured, and actionable format.
Build and maintain the sales and compensation analytics data that will serve as the single source of truth for the purpose of analysis or gaining insights and reports.
Perform meticulous data validation to ensure the highest level of accuracy for all sales and compensation-related analysis and reporting.
Design, build, and deploy the core suite of dashboards and reports that will provide real-time visibility into sales and compensation performance of the Distribution Channel.
Ensure all new reports and dashboards are accurate, intuitive, and align with business needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual reports, establishing a streamlined reporting environment.
Serve as a data liaison, working with technical teams to understand data infrastructure and with business teams to understand their unique challenges.
Educate and enable business partners on data literacy and the value of analytical insights.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Proactively identify and propose new analytical use cases that can be built upon the foundational data work.
Recommend and implement new tools or methodologies to improve efficiency and quality of analysis.
Stay current with industry trends in sales and compensation analysis and business intelligence.
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related quantitative field.
3+ years of professional experience in a data-focused role such as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Management Consultant.
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end data analysis projects, from raw data sourcing to final presentation.
Experience in a role that required building dashboards, generating insights and interacting directly with business stakeholders.

Business Acumen: Possesses a deep understanding of the business domain, enabling them to connect data insights into the company’s strategic goals and operational realities.
Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in the tools and languages necessary for end-to-end data analysis, including data sourcing, cleaning, modeling, and visualization.
Communication Skills: Must be a good storyteller. Excels at translating technical data concepts and complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for a non-technical audience.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrates a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting data issues, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and integrity in all work.
Data Languages: Advanced proficiency in SQL is essential. Experience with data manipulation and scripting languages like Python or R is a plus.
BI Tools: Expertise in one or more major business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Data Concepts: Foundational knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling (e.g., dimensional modeling), and data lakes.
Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
