Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc is seeking a Data Scientist to develop analytical solutions that unlock insights, visualizations and predictive models to support business decisions.

You will work with business partners and IT teams to design and implement solutions, using R, Python, Power BI and SQL, and you will communicate findings across levels.

This role is on-site in Makati, Philippines, requiring collaboration with multiple departments and a focus on data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Management or similar undergraduate course; Masters/ PhD a plus.
• At least 5 years' work experience in Data and Analytics, preferably from Financial Industry.
• Should have good command of R, Python, PowerBI, SQL, and at least one of the skills below: Business Intelligence, Campaign Analytics, Modelling.
• Knowledge area in Theoretical and practical business requirements analysis, basic project management, data management, data mining to extract usable data from various sources.
