Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, CS, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in data analysis or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly through reports and presentations.
• Skilled in process optimization and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Provide situational reports with reasons, breakdown, & action/recommendation
• Assess current Customer Service operations based on KPI trend analysis to determine areas that need enhancement
• Assist with project planning and management
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Collaborate with different teams to design, develop, generate, and validate service reports, and process documentation
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on general service operations as well as the Ad-Hoc reports for the local & HQ management

About the role

This position analyzes data sets to discover ways to solve issues relating to a business's customers. A data analyst also communicates this information to management and other stakeholders. He/she will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Key responsibilities
