Job summary

ThinkLogic Media Group in Cagayan de Oro is looking for a full-time Data Acquisition Specialist. This role involves working with a team to gather, consolidate, and maintain database records while ensuring high accuracy and security. Candidates should be fresh graduates familiar with data cleaning and SQL, with strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include supervising the Data Researcher Team and ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation using tools.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of data acquisition.
• Gather all accepted leads from QA after validation.
• Consolidate leads and ensure it’s within campaign criteria.
• Share Leads Report to respective Client Services.
• Check all details/information of the leads.
• Allocate database to assigned TMs.
• Segregate all contacts based on campaign criteria.
• Address DB count request from BDR Team.
• Ensure all Database are refreshed accordingly.
• Develop ThinkLogic’s database and increase it accordingly.
• Supervise Data Researcher Team.
• Drive the team to meet their target data.
• Maintain Database Security and Accuracy.
• Ensure Tele-Specialists have fresh data for higher conversion of leads.
• Ensure GDPR guidelines are strictly followed.
• Secure database by developing policies, procedures, and controls.
• Keep higher management informed by preparing reports on system performance.
