Job summary

Arcadis in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Software Support Specialist II to drive dashboard development, KPI definition, and performance analysis across platform teams. You translate data and stakeholder requirements into clear insights and establish standardized ways of working to improve services.

You will design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel, define KPIs with service owners, monitor trends, and help implement continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and maintaining operational dashboards and reports.
• Ability to translate business requirements into KPI measures and data definitions.
• Strong analytical skills with data validation and trend interpretation.
• Experience documenting processes, SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Experience supporting software platforms in a structured operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize service performance and application health.
• Define, document and monitor meaningful KPIs with stakeholders.
• Analyze performance trends and propose actionable improvements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, workflows and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support issue resolution and service improvements.
