Job summary

Arcadis in Makati is seeking a BI&A Specialist to create and maintain financial and business reports and dashboards for management decision making.

You will extract, transform, load data from multiple sources, work with Power BI and Oracle Analytics Cloud, and support Accounts Payable reporting as part of the Source-To-Settle program.

The role requires at least 2 years in BI/Analytics, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BI, data analytics, or reporting experience with data visualization and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Excel or equivalent data viz tools.
• Accounts Payable knowledge is a plus and helpful for reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and communicate dashboard needs to stakeholders as a technical liaison.
• Maintain and create dashboards in Power BI and Oracle Analytics Cloud for reporting.
• ETL data from multiple sources used for global reporting.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Document reports and dashboards per company standards.
• Support senior BI&A Specialists on deliverables and tasks.
• Apply AP knowledge to deliver key reporting for Global Accounts Payable.
