Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Dance Studio Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dance studio, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Develop strategies to increase enrollments, memberships, and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, payroll coordination, inventory, scheduling, and other administrative functions.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise studio staff to ensure productivity, teamwork, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, or as required by management.
• Identify, analyze, and propose new business opportunities, partnerships, and programs related to the dance studio and fitness industry.
• Ensure the studio complies with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
