Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Creative Asset Management Specialist to stand up and run the DAM for a large digital-first personal finance company with a high-volume in-house creative team. You will shape taxonomy, metadata standards, and workflows across ~80 stakeholders and 20–50 active projects.

You’ll own tagging conventions, access rules, versioning, and library hygiene, partnering with designers and creative technologists to build a scalable asset system that powers downstream workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience inside a Digital Asset Management platform.
• Experience managing metadata, taxonomy, tagging, categorization, permissions and access within a DAM environment.
• Experience supporting setup, migration, or expansion of a digital asset library, not just retrieval.
• Strong understanding of creative assets and workflows including file types, versions, working files, and final deliverables; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• DAM Buildout & Administration for a high-volume library.
• Taxonomy & Metadata setup and maintenance with stakeholders.
• Asset Ingestion, categorization, mapping, and organization for searchability.
• Configure and maintain asset permissions and access across teams.
• Collaborate with designers and creative technologists to translate needs into the DAM structure.
• Support versioning and library hygiene; remove duplicates or misclassified assets.
• Document DAM processes and workflows as the system evolves.
• Ensure downstream workflows have properly organized assets and metadata.
