Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Creative Onboarding Specialist to empower designers to maximize value from our Creative Suite. You will deliver expert training, support strategic conversations, and ensure seamless integration with industry-standard tools like Adobe CC, Figma, and After Effects.

With 4+ years of design experience and strong training skills, you will drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention across creative teams.

Qualifications

• Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience as a designer.
• Experience delivering creative or technical training to advanced learners.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, and familiar with HTML5.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main SME on Smartly’s Creative Suite and provide advanced creative guidance to Customer Success, Sales, and Product.
• Partner with Customer Success on pitches, demos, and exploratory conversations.
• Build and deliver training programs, workshops, and best practices for designers using Smartly’s tools.
• Conduct expert-level live demos to help designers integrate Smartly with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, After Effects, and other tools.
• Collaborate across teams to identify pain points and upskilling opportunities to improve adoption.
• Develop documentation, guides, tutorials, and templates for ongoing creative education.
• Measure training effectiveness using adoption, retention, and feedback metrics and iterate.
