Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production performance in the Misamis Oriental plant.

You will monitor yield, productivity, and cost, ensuring accuracy of raw material requisitions and packaging requirements. The role requires a BS in Biology, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with 2-3 years supervising manufacturing operations, and willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Biology, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years experience as a supervisor in Manufacturing/ Production Operations; dairy/milk industry experience is a plus.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily production performance in terms of yield, productivity and cost.
• Reviews accuracy of raw material requisition and packaging material requirements based on monthly production plan.
• Conducts periodic inspection within the production area to ensure that required process parameters are being implemented and properly maintained.
• Ensures accurate completion of daily production reports and all required documentation for product safety, quality and traceability requirements.
