Job summary

blaseek is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize our Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and drive process improvements across the organization. You will bridge operations and technology, gather requirements, and design scalable system solutions with stakeholders.

You’ll participate in ERP implementations, support testing and UAT, monitor data accuracy, and help users adopt new workflows through documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, ERP support, or related roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or business transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Support, enhance, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related business applications.
• Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Participate in ERP implementations, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives.
