Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS).
• Basic Linux/UNIX experience.
• Familiarity with web technologies and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interest in cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Support team with case administration and support operations.
• Support Level 1/2 case handling under guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in issue analysis and troubleshooting discussions.
• Learn networking, security, Linux, and web concepts in support cases.
• Assist in reproducing customer issues in lab environments.
• Help maintain internal knowledge base and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales Engineering.
• Support case trend analysis and contribute findings.
