Job summary

Plurilock is seeking a Procurement Manager – Cybersecurity to source, evaluate, and manage vendors supplying cybersecurity solutions, software, and services. This role ensures that all technology acquisitions align with the organization’s security strategy, budget, and compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with IT, legal, and finance teams to negotiate contracts, mitigate supply chain risks, and maintain strong vendor performance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, IT, cybersecurity, business administration or related field.
• 5–8 years in procurement or supply chain; at least 3 years in technology or cybersecurity procurement.
• Certifications (Preferred): CPSM, CIPS, CPM; CISSP, CISM, Security+; ISO 27036.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and vendor management for cybersecurity tools, services and infrastructure.
• Contracting and compliance with legal and information security teams; NDAs and data protection agreements.
• Budgeting and cost optimization; monitor TCO and forecast budgets.
• Collaborate with IT, Security Operations, Risk Management and Finance; lead procurement analysts.
