Job summary

Pluxee Philippines Incorporated is seeking a Local Cybersecurity Officer to manage cybersecurity activities within the country, aligning with Pluxee's global strategy and local regulations. You will coordinate policies, monitor risks, and support incident response across IT, business units, and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
6–10 years of cybersecurity or IT security experience.
Experience coordinating security activities within a country perimeter.
Experience with regulated fintech/digital environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deploy and enforce local cybersecurity policies within the country.
Coordinate local cybersecurity action plans and remediation.
Monitor local cyber risks and incidents with cross-functional teams.
Engage stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data Protection, HR, and Communications.
Promote cybersecurity awareness and training locally.
