Pluxee Philippines seeks a Local Cybersecurity Officer to manage cybersecurity within the country, aligning with Pluxee's global strategy and local regulations. The role coordinates with local IT, business, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Data Protection, and global teams to deploy policies and monitor cyber risks.

You will lead local incident response coordination, risk assessments, and awareness campaigns while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across the local environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or IT operations.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity activities within a country or perimeter.
• Experience working with local leadership and global cybersecurity teams.
• Advantage for experience in regulated digital fintech/B2B2C environments.
• Strong understanding of controls, risk, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance.
• Knowledge of local regulatory privacy/digital service requirements is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, Security+ or CySA+ are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required.

Responsabilités

• Implement global cybersecurity policies and controls in the country.
• Adapt global requirements to local regulatory needs.
• Coordinate local action plans and remediation efforts.
• Ensure local teams understand and apply cybersecurity expectations.
• Identify and monitor local cybersecurity risks and compliance.
• Support local audits and regulatory requirements and follow up on findings.
• Escalate critical risks to regional/global leadership.
• Coordinate local incident response with SOC and IT teams.
• Contain, investigate, and remediate incidents; collect evidence.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and training locally.
• Contribute to business continuity from a cybersecurity perspective.
• Advise local leadership and stakeholders on cyber topics.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Data Protection, HR and Communications.
