Job summary

MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead our enterprise security program across corporate offices, plants, and supply chain. You will translate security objectives into operational realities, enforce robust standards, and lead incident response governance with external MSSPs.

You will drive security training, phishing simulations, and executive-level risk reporting, ensuring a security-first culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity Management.
• Experience converting security strategy into actionable execution.
• FMCG or food manufacturing exposure is a strong-plus.
• Strong governance, vendor oversight, and risk reporting capabilities.
• Willingness to be on-call for high-priority security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Implementation Oversight: rollout and enforce security frameworks across all operations.
• Vendor & Threat Intelligence Management: oversee MSSPs and monitor threats affecting supply chain and plants.
• Incident Response Leadership: manage IR plan, containment, forensics, and drills with leadership.
• Security Culture & Executive Reporting: run training, phishing simulations, and security dashboards for executives.
