Job summary

I-Pepper Virtual Network, Incorporated (Manila Branch) is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver security initiatives across the organization. You will ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget while aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or security required.
• 1–2 years PM experience in IT/cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Manage multiple cybersecurity initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, InfoSec teams, vendors, and business units.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation of cybersecurity solutions including SOC, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, EDR, Cloud Security Solutions, DLP, Security Awareness Programs, Email Security, and Threat Intelligence Platform.
• Support cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and cybersecurity service providers.

About the role

The Cybersecurity Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cybersecurity initiatives across the organization. About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or cybersecurity projects.

• At least 1-2 years of experience managing cybersecurity-related initiatives.

• Experience working with enterprise security technologies and vendors.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
