At Mega Prime Foods, as we accelerate our digital transformation across our corporate offices, manufacturing plants, and nationwide supply chain, protecting our technology assets and data integrity is paramount. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to lead and protect our enterprise digital ecosystem.
Reporting to IT Leadership and serving as our primary cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will translate security objectives into operational realities—ensuring robust security standards are seamlessly enforced, leading incident response governance, managing external MSSPs, and championing a security-first culture across the organization.
Governance & Implementation Oversight: Own the rollout and enforcement of enterprise cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF) across all corporate, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Evaluate security architecture for internal software and third-party systems prior to launch, and manage security subscriptions and VAPT budgets.
Vendor & Threat Intelligence Management: Direct Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) handling 24/7 security monitoring. Analyze threat intelligence reports to proactively protect our supply chain, data networks, and food production systems from emerging risks.
Incident Response Leadership: Maintain, test, and execute the Enterprise Incident Response Plan. Lead containment, forensic investigations, and root-cause analyses during critical security events, while conducting routine simulation drills with executive leadership.
Security Culture & Executive Reporting: Design and champion enterprise-wide employee cybersecurity training programs and phishing simulations. Prepare regular security posture dashboards and risk assessment reports for C-level leadership.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity Management, with a proven track record of converting security strategy into execution. FMCG or food manufacturing industry exposure is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or CompTIA Security+ are strongly preferred.
Core Competencies: Deep expertise in security governance frameworks, third-party vendor oversight (MSSP management), vulnerability management, incident response, and the ability to articulate cyber risks clearly to business leaders.
Agility & Operational Readiness: Willingness to serve as the primary escalation point and be on-call for high-priority security incidents.
