East West Banking Corporation in Makati is seeking an experienced Threat Response & Intelligence Officer to join our Enterprise Oversight team. You will support day-to-day cybersecurity operations, detect threats, coordinate with SOC and MSP, implement tools, lead containment, and enhance risk models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Security management certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) preferred.
• Experience in financial services or information security programs.
• Ability to communicate security concepts to executives and boards.
• Strong leadership in risk management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cybersecurity operations by detecting and responding to threats, events, and incidents.
• Collaborate with SOC and MSP for monitoring, reporting, and incident response.
• Implement and maintain security tools, technologies, and processes to defend against attacks.
• Lead containment and eradication strategies during security incidents.
• Evaluate and strengthen security controls against evolving risks and threats.
• Develop threat, attack, and risk models to strengthen resilience.
• Provide reporting and insights to senior management on cybersecurity posture.
