Job summary

CyberOne in the Philippines is seeking a Service Operations Excellence Analyst to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, workforce planning, capability development and governance across our Cyber Defence & Engineering function. The role collaborates with Security Operations, Security Engineering and management to monitor performance, uphold standards and drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Applicants must demonstrate relevant professional experience in at least two of the following areas: Service Operations & Continuous Improvement, Workforce Planning & Reporting, Quality Assurance & Knowledge Management, Training & Capability Development, Governance & Operational Readiness.
• Experience in IT operations, service delivery or operational performance management is preferred.
• Familiarity with reporting platforms and governance documentation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable operational reporting and dashboards.
• Monitor service delivery and operational performance.
• Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate improvement initiatives with operational and engineering teams.
• Support governance readiness reviews and service acceptance documentation.
• Contribute to workforce planning, capacity management and management information.
• Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks and process documentation.
• Assist training activities and capability development programs.
