Qualifications

• Experience in 24x7x365 IT security operations and incident response.
• Familiarity with network protocols, OS families (Windows/Linux/macOS), and web technologies.
• Ability to script or write code (various languages).
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Part of Global 24x7x365 IT Security Operations support group (shifting schedule).
• Monitor systems and networks for intrusions, attacks, and unusual activities.
• Respond to phishing, malware, breaches, and other security incidents.
• Thorough investigation of security incidents and post-event analysis.
• Assess risks and develop countermeasures during cyber-attacks.
• Identify and mitigate risks, enhance security protocols, collaborate with stakeholders.
