This role blends hands-on builder work with strategic collaboration across partners; transform manual processes into efficient workflows and deliver outputs users can trust through data pipelines.

Qualifications

• You are a builder at heart who creates automations and tools to solve real problems.
• You are a spreadsheet expert able to optimize complex formulas and data models.
• You are AI-native and familiar with Claude, App Script, JavaScript, JSON, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build tools, automations, and dashboards on request; deliver a working tool quickly with quality.
• Package builds into reusable tools and templates for the wider CX team; ship via Dokploy for easy access.
