Job summary

OTT Logistics Philippines Inc. is looking for an experienced Customs Processing Specialist to manage import/export documentation and ensure smooth customs clearance in field-based operations from Cavite.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with customs and freight brokers. Requirements include a degree in Customs Administration, with LCB as an advantage, 7–8 years in customs processing, fieldwork readiness, and knowledge of regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Customs Administration.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is an advantage but not required.
• 7–8 years of experience in customs processing.
• Experience in freight forwarding is preferred.
• Willing to do fieldwork and has own motorcycle (preferred).
• Knowledgeable in customs regulations and documentation.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Work setup: field-based with reporting to office as needed.
• Flexible with schedules depending on shipment requirements.
