Job summary

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. seeks a Cebu Processor to manage BOC paperwork and shipment processing from lodgment to final entry. You will coordinate with trucking providers to ensure timely release and delivery while adhering to customs regulations and internal procedures.

You will classify commodities, maintain records, and prepare documentation for import/export clearance. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Customs Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in customs processing, BOC entries, or import/export operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with port and terminal operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• With motor vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to stay in Manila for 1 month training.

Responsibilities

• Handle Bureau of Customs (BOC) documentation and processing from lodgment to final entry.
• Coordinate with trucking providers to ensure timely release and delivery.
• Classify commodities per tariff and customs guidelines.
• Maintain complete records of tax inquiries, entries, releases, and communications.
• Process BOC entries from filing through final release.
• Prepare and track all customs documentation for import/export clearance.
• Coordinate with BOC, port authorities, and agencies on shipments.
• Follow up on entries to ensure timely duties/taxes assessment.
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.
• Perform other duties related to customs processing and shipment coordination.
