Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks an Associate Director to lead a regional Customer to Cash team within its Shared Services Centre. This on-site role focuses on end-to-end CTC, including collections, disputes, master data, and agreements for ANZ.

You will drive service excellence, manage a multi-layer team, and partner with finance and commercial stakeholders to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will oversee transitions, implement standardized processes with SSC and BPOs, and

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of Finance/Accounting experience in a multinational environment.
• 5–7 years of people management experience, including at least 2 years managing other managers.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced MS Office knowledge; Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
• Fluent English (C1) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team; manage a manager of managers structure.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily CTC processes and KPIs/SLAs.
• Transition & Change Management: Lead migration of regional activities into the SSC with standardized processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and end-to-end workflow optimization.
• Compliance & Governance: Maintain internal controls ensuring SOX and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with regional units, commercial teams, and external auditors.
