Job summary
Afni Philippines is seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our team at SM Fairview, Quezon City. You will deliver excellent customer service through effective interactions with English-speaking customers.
The position offers a base salary up to PHP 24,000 monthly, plus performance incentives up to PHP 9,000 monthly, uncapped commissions, and benefits including health coverage for dependents, medical reimbursement, life insurance, paid leaves and training, with strong growth prospects.
Qualifications
- 12 months of BPO experience handling English-speaking accounts (US/UK/AU).
- High school diploma required.
- Strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational).
- Strong comprehension and learning agility.
- Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent information security measures.
- Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date.
Responsibilities
