Job summary

EXL is seeking a Customer Support representative to provide high quality service by resolving customer queries and funding transactions in a timely manner. You will handle inbound phone support and coordinate with the appropriate departments to respond to claims status and inquiries.

You will join EXL's funding team, ensure the accuracy of information, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Prior BPO experience is valued, with strong computer navigation and keyboarding skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college education in any field.
• Customer service representative with minimum of 1 year of BPO experience.
• Good Computer navigation and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality customer service in resolving queries or funding transactions in a timely manner.
• Provides inbound phone support and initiates required action for response to customer service requests for claims status/inquiries.
• Communicates changes to the appropriate departments and ensures service quality for employees and members.
