Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
