ResultsCX is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support U.S. brands from our Cebu site. The role focuses on delivering helpful, accurate information and resolving queries by phone, email, and chat, with a customer-first mindset.

Training and a growth path are provided in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. Candidates should be eligible to work onsite in Lapu-lapu, Cebu, and be prepared for shifting schedules with strong communication skills and basic computer navigation.

Qualifications

• Legal working age with a high school or senior high diploma.
• Strong communication and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required.
