Job summary

Neksjob Philippines is hiring a Call Center Agent in Quezon City who has at least one year of experience in customer service or a call center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, and provide accurate product information while meeting performance targets.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, problem-solving and active listening skills, and be willing to work shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Proficient in using computers and CRM or customer support software.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet or exceed KPIs, including customer satisfaction, quality, attendance, and productivity.
