Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Customer Support/Ops Coordinator in the Philippines to manage vital records requests and payments with accuracy and high service levels. The role involves navigating VPS, VitalChek intranet and website, while ensuring compliance and timely information for customers.

Responsibilities include handling new orders, resolving inquiries at first contact, and directing customers to the correct department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in any field or completed at least 2 years level in college (with no back subjects/incomplete units).
• At least 1 year of BPO experience (under voice account).
• Experience with chat and email support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders for vital records requests and payment services.
• Familiarize tools and references (VPS, VitalChek Intranet, VitalChek Website).
• Be knowledgeable on agency-specific rules on vital records and payments services.
