Qualifications

• Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 6–8 years in Customer Success/Account Management with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Performance track record: revenue, utilization, and customer satisfaction targets achieved.
• Mindset: customer-obsessed, resilient in fast-paced environments.
• Talent acquisition domain: recruitment/HR knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
• People leadership: coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performance Customer Success team by hiring, developing, and coaching CSMs.
• Act as a representative of JobStreet by SEEK with key customers, positioning our value.
• Align CS activities with revenue priorities and manage renewal and churn risk.
• Coach CSMs to act as strategic partners to hirers and oversee onboarding and adoption programs.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and project delivery to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships and represent CS in country/regional forums.
