Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Customer Success or related roles, with at least 3 years in people leadership.
• Proven track record delivering against revenue, utilization, and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Customer-obsessed with resilience, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills; able to drive data‑driven decisions.
• Experience with recruitment/HR tech is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performance Customer Success team; hire, develop, coach, and set objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key customers; articulate SEEK's value and drive high-quality conversations.
• Align CS activities with revenue priorities; identify expansion opportunities with Sales; manage renewals and churn risk.
• Coach CSMs to become strategic partners; oversee onboarding, training, optimization, and adoption programs.
• Oversee operational excellence; enforce procedures, ensure data privacy/compliance, and drive reporting.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Service, Marketing, APAC teams; lead escalation for top customers.
