Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Handle concerns professionally with timely solutions.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive growth.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies.
• Proactively engage customers and deliver high level of service.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals and improve customer experience.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Assist customers with orders, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
• Handle complaints and ensure proper resolution within timelines.
• Provide information on warranties, terms of sale, and product usage.
