Job summary

RELX International is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to deliver exceptional post-sales support for RX events, acting as the main contact to drive exhibitor satisfaction, engagement and retention.

You will manage the end-to-end exhibitor journey, ensuring sponsorship items are delivered on time while coordinating with sales, marketing and operations to optimize workflows and ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (Customer Service or Sales preferred).
• Experience in voice outbound; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer journey from prospecting to servicing exhibitors and sponsors.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to streamline workflows and ensure timely sponsorship fulfillment.
