RELX INC is seeking a Customer Success Advocate I to champion customer retention for Coplogic in Manila. You will synthesize agency feedback, collaborate with Product, Client Engagement, Sales, and Implementation teams, and provide leadership with ongoing visibility into customer needs, adoption drivers, and risks to align operating decisions with agency realities.

You will drive VOC collection, monitor health metrics, and enable adoption through training while supporting sales with customer

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)
• 2-3 years relevant experience in customer support and management, retention etc.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficient in MS tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Familiarity with AI tools (MS Copilot) to support business objectives
• A customer-first mindset, with empathy and patience
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools for workflows
