Job summary

Citi is seeking an entry-level Customer Solutions Officer-Citiphone in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role provides voice operations support including sales support, MIS, Day 2 reviews, and documentation maintenance.

It serves as a liaison between operations staff, internal teams, custodians and clients to ensure smooth processes and high service quality. The position demands shifting schedules, a focus on risk awareness, and a commitment to Citi policies.

Qualifications

• International BPO voice experience is a must.
• Conversant in English and comfortable speaking with other nationalities.
• Amenable to working on shifting schedule, holidays & weekends (5-day week).

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of compliance procedures and control systems for the business review department.
• Ensure accuracy of research and compliance advice for the sales force team.
• Prepare written and verbal reports for senior management on program status and trends.
• Support sales force and management by implementing recommendations for changes and enhancements.
• Fulfilling client needs while delivering an exceptional client experience.
