StaffSmart Outsourcing is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join the UP Technohub, Quezon City team. This full-time position offers comprehensive training for candidates new to the BPO industry, with no prior BPO experience required.

Responsibilities include handling calls, providing accurate responses, and processing customer requests in line with procedures. Training and support are provided to ensure success within a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
