StaffSmart Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our Pampanga-based team in a full-time capacity. You will be the voice of our clients, delivering friendly, accurate assistance and resolving inquiries promptly in a busy call centre setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems.

• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
