Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced travel customer service agent in the Philippines to assist clients with planning and booking itineraries, including flights, hotels, and activities. You will deliver courteous service and solve issues with empathy.

The role requires 5-7 years in customer service in travel, a Diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication. You will keep current on travel regulations and company offerings, and may work varied hours, including weekends.
