Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Confirm customer orders and ensure shipping information is accurate.
• Manage return authorizations, exchanges, and customer refund requests.
• Provide product recommendations and capitalize on sales opportunities during calls.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and log detailed notes within our CRM.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Hands-on experience with order management systems and handling product return processes.
• Demonstrated track record in cross-selling or consultative customer interactions.
