Qualifications vary by location, including HS/SHS or college graduates, with 6 months to 2 years of BPO experience and, in some sites, international voice exposure.

Locations: IT Park, Montage, J-Center, and Banawa, Cebu, Philippines

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Description :

We are looking for customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Cebu. Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and deliver quality customer service.

Location-Wise Qualifications :

1. IT Park

• At least HS/SHS Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience.

2. Montage

• HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum).
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
• Eligible experience level: EXPRO 2–5.

3. J-Center

• Open to HS/SHS and College Graduates.
• Strictly requires at least 6 months of international voice BPO customer contact experience.

4. Banawa

• Must have completed at least 2 years in college.
• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience.
