Responsibilities
- Generate new business by promoting non-life insurance products.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for policy processing and servicing.
- Monitor policy renewals and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and sales reports.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
