Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; good English communication.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email about insurance products.
• Provide policy information, coverage details, claims support, billing concerns, and account updates.
• Explain insurance products and services clearly and accurately.
• Process requests while complying with company policies and guidelines.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the system; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
