Job summary

VCC Link, Inc. at PITX, Parañaque is hiring a Customer Support Associate for a mid shift onsite role to handle inbound/outbound calls about balances and billing. The position offers a starting salary of ₱20,000 plus communication allowance and benefits with an ASAP start.

Open to candidates based in Metro Manila or nearby. You will work from 1 PM to 10 PM, onsite at PITX. Prior International BPO experience in financial or collections accounts and strong communication skills are preferred to meet

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of International BPO experience handling a Financial or Collections Account.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in PITX, Parañaque.
• Candidates must be based in Metro Manila or nearby areas.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding customers’ outstanding balances, payments, and account concerns.
• Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries, including available payment options and payment arrangements.
