Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a Collections Associate for our on-site team at Northgate, Alabang. You will engage customers professionally to resolve accounts and support targets for collections and service goals.

The role requires at least two years in a BPO setting including one year in collections, with strong English communication and on-site availability in Alabang. A ₱20,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Minimum 2 years in BPO setting with at least 1 year in collections.
• Must complete government numbers (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN) for onboarding.

About the role

• Follow approved collections procedures, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Work toward individual and team performance targets while maintaining strong customer service.

What we're looking for

• Completed at least the second year of an undergraduate college program.
• Must have at least 2 years in BPO setting with at least 1 year of collections experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Complete government statutory numbers, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and TIN, to support faster onboarding.
• Availability to work on-site in Northgate, Alabang.
