Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a Collections Associate for our on-site team at Northgate, Alabang. You will engage customers professionally to resolve accounts and support targets for collections and service goals.

The role requires at least two years in a BPO setting including one year in collections, with strong English communication and on-site availability in Alabang. A ₱20,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Minimum 2 years in BPO setting with at least 1 year in collections.
• Must complete government numbers (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN) for onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers on outstanding balances and provide clear account information.
• Discuss payment arrangements and guide customers through resolution process.
• Document customer interactions, commitments and account updates accurately.
• Follow collections procedures, quality standards and data privacy requirements.
• Work toward individual and team performance targets while delivering strong customer service.
